Terms of Service
The practical terms for creating, purchasing and sharing with All Yours.
Using All Yours
You must provide accurate account, recipient and event information and use the service lawfully. Do not create or send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or harmful material. You are responsible for reviewing names, wording, artwork, guest details and delivery timing before approval.
Cards, invitations and private links
A card send covers one recipient. Invitation events use fixed guest-capacity pricing and do not use card sends. Private links are not public listings, but anyone who receives a link may be able to open it after the scheduled time. Keep private links safe and obtain permission before uploading another person’s photo or personal information.
Artwork and wording
Custom results are created from the details you provide and may need editing. All Yours checks generated artwork and wording, but cannot guarantee that every result is error-free or suitable without your review. Do not rely on a card or invitation for emergency, medical, legal or other time-critical communication.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancellation. Plan changes begin at the next paid renewal. Monthly allowances do not roll over. One-time card and artwork purchases expire after 365 days. Current invitation tiers and included benefits are shown on the Pricing page.
Availability and responsibility
All Yours may pause creation, checkout or delivery to protect customers, investigate a payment, maintain the service or respond to provider outages. Scheduled email delivery can be delayed by internet and email providers. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase.
