Each personalized digital card costs $3.99 USD. There is no subscription.

Open My cards in the same browser and profile used to create them. Private browsing, cleared cookies or another device may not show your existing collection. Save a paid card’s private link for safekeeping.

The order schedules only after payment is confirmed. Return from Stripe to My cards. If a charge completed but the status remains pending, contact support with the purchase email and approximate time; do not pay again while it is being checked.

Check the recipient address, delivery time and status in My cards, then ask the recipient to check spam or junk. Sent means the provider accepted it; delivered means the provider confirmed delivery. Neither status guarantees that the recipient has read it.

Yes. My cards lets you copy the private card link. Keep that link private: anyone with it can view the card after the scheduled time.

Keep the complete link and contact support. The correct site is allyourscards.com. Support can check the stored email and the card link; please do not buy the same card again to troubleshoot.

Cover uploads are not currently available. You can describe the illustration you want and choose an artistic direction.

Yes, while the card is a draft. Refine the message or edit the exact words before approving delivery. A completed order is locked.

Use the email preferences or stop-receiving link in a card invitation. This blocks future card invitations to that recipient address.
