Each recipient counts as one send, including scheduled recipients. Limits follow the delivery day and calendar month in America/Chicago. You can have up to 10 future Free sends reserved at once. Free collection sends are separate from monthly and welcome card sends. Running out does not automatically charge you.
A version is a new custom illustration or an artwork edit. Every premium card includes room for up to three versions, so you can create the first image and try two changes. Ready-made designs and wording edits use none. If an image cannot be completed, that version is returned automatically.
Invitations use fixed event-capacity pricing, not a fee for every guest: up to 10 guests is $9.99, up to 25 is $14.99, up to 50 is $24.99, up to 100 is $39.99, and up to 250 is $59.99. Generous includes one event for up to 10 guests each billing month; for a larger event, you pay only the tier difference. Other additions within purchased capacity are included. Card sends do not apply.
Monthly premium sends, artwork versions and an unused Generous invitation event expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over. Once the invitation benefit is used, its included 10-guest capacity stays attached to that event. One-time purchases last 365 days. When you have both, the allowance that expires first is used first. Free collection limits reset by calendar month, not by subscription renewal.
Yes, from your account. Plan changes take effect at your next paid renewal, with no mid-month change charge. Cancel renewal anytime; the allowance you already paid for remains available until the current period ends.
You can use a personal photo in a regular paid or welcome card. Photos, custom-generated artwork and invitations are not included in the recurring Free collection offer. An optional voice message costs $0.99 per order, including on ordinary monthly plans.
The recipient can open the card online for 12 months. Available downloaded keepsakes can be saved beyond that. Cards can be sent now or scheduled for later; recipients do not need an account.
$2.99 buys 10 additional artwork versions, valid for 365 days. This artwork-only purchase does not add card sends. You can choose it in your account.
If you create first and pay for that card at checkout, its existing artwork is already covered; the included artwork versions remain available for future images. Buying before creating lets you use those versions as you go.
